Pig Ate My Pizza started as a quirky, chef-y, pizza-loving side hustle—and grew into a full-blown cult favorite. Born in Robbinsdale in 2013, we built our reputation on bold pies, unapologetic flavor, and the kind of offbeat hospitality that made you feel like you were part of the kitchen crew.
In 2022, we transformed the space into Nouvelle Brewing: a chef-driven brewpub where our team could flex new creative muscles (and brew a whole lot of beer).
