At 2900 acres, Schweitzer is the largest ski resort in Idaho and Washington, peaceful, runs are uncrowded, lift lines are typically short or nonexistent, it is unpretentious, and the resort has a nice laid back vibe to it. If you enjoyed Whitefish, you will love Schweitzer!

The Mountain

2,900 acres of uncrowded skiable terrain served by 10 lifts including 1 high-speed six-pack named Stella, 4 high-speed quads, 2 triple chairlifts, 1 double chairlift, 1 T-Bar, and 1 conveyor lift. Little or no lift lines!

The resort has a 2,400 ft. vertical drop from the summit elevation of 6,400.

Specialty Ski Clinics Explore Schweitzer’s 2,900+ acres while gaining new skills and confidence with coaching and tips from one of their experienced Snowsport coaches. Carving, powder, off-piste or just venturing on new terrain, this 2 -hour clinic will be custom tailored to your private group! Not included in the base price, rally your fellow members, you will need a minimum of 4 of similar ability to qualify for this special discount. Larger groups will be split by ability level.

Ski & Ride the best of Schweitzer Let a local expert give you first access to the day's best conditions. Get the inside scoop on the day's powder patches or take runs on freshly groomed corduroy as you skip to the front of the line. Ski Guides give you Schweitzer's VIP treatment. Schweitzer Guides are not lessons. Schweitzer Guides are not included in the base price. If you wish to receive instruction, choose from group or private lessons.
Lodging
The cozy and convenient "Selkirk Lodge" is the heart of the village and closest to the slopes, Ski-in Ski-out. Complete with an outdoor swimming pool and hot tubs open year-round, Selkirk is the ultimate basecamp for a mountain adventure. Plus enjoy easy access to amenities like Chimney Rock Grill, Mojo Coyote Cafe and Cambium Spa.

- Pucci’s Pub - This locals' hang out is a great spot for a casual drink in a festive atmosphere. Enjoy great food, cold drinks, and some amazing people!
- Taps Bar - The mountain’s prime après spot with a full bar, 20 beers on tap, big screen TV's, pool tables, dance floor, and a stage – featuring live music and DJ's throughout the winter season.
- Powderhound Pizza - Enjoy a slice and a cold beer at Powder Hound! This gem is a locals' favorite when it comes to slices, wings, salads, and a friendly atmosphere.
- The St. Bernard - Neighborhood restaurant and lounge on Schweitzer Mountain! Enjoy signature curry bowls, juicy burgers, and fresh salads. Quench your thirst with craft beers, wines, and canned cocktails. Live music.

A minimum deposit of $550 will reserve your spot.
- $1,755 "Early Bird Special" if deposit is received by Oct. 10th
- $1,805 if deposit is received after Oct. 10th and by Nov. 15th.
- $1,855 if deposit is received Nov. 16th or later.

* Pricing is based on a 34-person minimum and is subject to change if there are less than 34 participants, there are fuel or ground transportation surcharges, or unforeseen increases in taxes.

* A single occupancy option is available for a $725 upcharge.
* "Land Only" option is $1337.
* Final trip pricing may be subject to fuel and bus surcharges.

Payment Schedule
- Initial Deposit: $550 due upon registration
- Second Payment: $550 due by Nov. 15th, 2025 ($1,100 total including the initial deposit)
- Final Payment: Remaining balance due by Jan. 3rd, 2026
Lift Tickets
You can ski or ride up to four days on this trip. There are multiple options for lifts:

Option 2, Buy tickets online directly from Schweitzer tickets: Online tickets are discounted if purchased at least three days in advance.
Addendum to Option 2: Last year, tickets could be purchased online for as little as $105 per adult and $95 per senior (65+). It might be worth waiting to see what Schweitzer's online advance purchase lift tickets will be before committing to buying lift tickets through our trip vendor. I will keep an eye out for the online lift ticket pricing and let those registered with the group know what happens.

Flight Information
We are scheduled to fly Delta Airlines direct to Spokane International Airport in Spokane, WA which is eighty eight miles to Schweitzer. (A ski bag and a boot bag count as one bag.) A maximum of 28 seats are available.
Delta airlines non-stop flight details (Subject to Change):
- Depart MSP March 14, 2026 11:59AM Arrive GEG 1:14PM
- Return GEG March 19, 2026 2:05PM Arrive MSP 7:08PM
If you choose to book your own flight but desire to utilize the SkiHawks' bus transportation to and from Schweitzer, you must be sure that your flight arrives in GEG prior to 1:14 PM. Your return flight to MSP must depart after 2:05 PM. If you are not able to coordinate arrival and departure times, you must arrange your own shuttle services at your cost.
Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is recommended, which can be purchased on your own. The SkiHawks does not endorse any specific insurance provider. Trip Registration
We are excited about this trip to ski Schweitzer Mountain and stay at The Selkirk Lodge at Schweitzer Resort. This is a new destination for the SkiHawks and it is expected that this trip will fill.
Remember, rostered SkiHawk members have registration priority until Sept. 10th, 2025. On Sept. 11th registration is open to all.
